Energy Healing is probably the one thing that comes to me easier then anything else.
Working with the Soul is my favorite of the healing spiritual practices I got trained in.
I offer Individual Soul Retrieval in the old shamanic way and Group Soul Retrieval.
In a group soul retrieval I combine classic shamanism & releasing ritual with Sacred Geometry, invocation & ceremony to bring
back the Soul.
If you ask me which one I prefer, I'd say Group Soul Retrieval, because I feel it being more powerful -as group energy is always
more powerful- plus I feel is important to release the old, to clean the "house" so to speak, (thru the releasing ritual at the
beginning of the ceremony) before bringing in your Soul
In a Group Soul Retrieval the energy builds so powerful,
you can actually feel it moving your body, touching your skin and pressing on your neck & shoulders.
A group soul retrieval can take anywhere from 2 to 3 hours whereas an individual soul retrieval can take 10-20 minutes.
Years ago during Reiki sessions I started "seeing" if the recipient has wings (like angel wings)
in addition to specific images that might represent blockings or otherwise relate to the recipient's energy.
Shiva Anand told me that I actually "give" the wings to my recipients and while is hard to believe (for some) I guess that would be
just like me, to inspire and encourage people to spread their wings up and fly high.
Pshycology and psychiatry is something I started reading on since high school as I was curious to know why people do the things
they do, so I have a pretty good understanding of how the mind works and how to trick the mind (the rational mind).
Nutritional Healing I got into because of personal need. Unprocessed natural food is medicine and I am proof of that.
Nutrition and how the body and mind work I've happened to read more of then anything else I am passionate about. I have lots of

Why is Soul Retrieval & Soul Merge such a powerful healing technique?
Throughout life's shocking or traumatic events we each loose portions of our Soul; this loss is actually a safety mechanism of the
soul. In a car accident for example the soul (or part of) will temporarily leave the body so it will not experience all of the pain. Or in a
love separation a part of the soul might leave so it can still be with the loved one for a little while longer and then forgets to come
back. Sandra Ingerman explains this much better:
"The types of trauma that could cause soul loss in our culture would be any kind of abuse sexual, physical, or emotional. Other
causes could be an accident, being in a war, being a victim of a terrorist act, acting against our morals, being in a natural disaster (a
fire, hurricane, earthquake, tornado, etc.), surgery, addictions, divorce, or death of a loved one. Any event that causes shock could
cause soul loss. And what might cause soul loss in one person might not cause soul loss in another. It is important to understand that
soul loss is a good thing that happens to us. It is how we survive pain. If I was going to be in a head on car collision the last place that
I would want to be at the point of impact is in my body. My psyche could not endure that kind of pain. So our psyches have this
brilliant self protect mechanism where a part of our essence or soul leaves the body so that we do not feel the full impact of the

From Creation’s point of view, the Soul is the aspect of the Creator that created us. Creator God created the Soul and the Soul
created us. In this formula we have Soul, Oversoul and Monad: each Oversoul has 12 Soul extensions and each Monad has 12
Oversouls, so that makes 144 Soul extensions in total to each single one of us. That's a mighty number. So not only can we retrieve
from our own Soul extension, but we can retrieve from the Oversoul and from the Monad as well, plus that we have access to all the
other Soul extensions' wisdom. It is much more intricate & complicated then this, but for now this is sufficient information.
